The Assimilation function is used to "Assimilate" visitors or guests into regular attendees and hopefully members (see also the Follow Ups/Ticklers screens or the Follow Up Paths screens for more information).

 

The List of Assimilation Forms Screen shows a list of people who have filled out a guest card or form to find out about a certain ministry or about the church in general. It is sorted by date, in descending order:

The Assimilation Screen holds much information. It is contained in three different tabs on the screen. This first example shows all the information on the '...How Old/How Often/How Did You Hear' tab.

This example of the Assimilation Screen shows all the information on the 'Information On/Serving In' tab. It is important to note that each check box on the screen below will trigger an associated Follow Up Path. That path ensures the most appropriate user will follow up with the person on that particular subject (e.g., getting more information on the "Singles" ministry):
